Come to the historic William Vicary Mansion and learn how to cook selected recipes of the early 19th century in an open hearth fireplace. The menu that participants will be preparing will include:

• Roasted chicken
• Boiled Pudding
• Butter Biscuits
• Amulet of Peas
• Potato Balls
• Barley Soup

Food will be served on tableware appropriate to the 1820’s era. This “hands on” class is open to males and females over the age of 12. Cost is $30 per person and advance registration is required. Class size is limited to 12 participants so hurry and get your reservations in!
