Schmidt - Copenhaver

Jennifer and Ron Schmidt of Surrey, N.D., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jocelyn, to Capt. Neil Copenhaver of Lompoc, Calif.

Neil is the son of Jim and Marianne Copenhaver of Moon Township.

He is the grandson of Carmella Kocay and the late Phillip Copenhaver of Sewickley and the late Fred and Irene Stein of Edgeworth.

Jocelyn attended Minot State University and works in retail management.

Neil is a graduate of Ohio State University and is an instructor at Vandenberg Air Force Base.

A summer 2009 wedding is being planned.
