Robert Morris chosen for Preseason WNIT

Robert Morris will play at Xavier in a first-round Preseason Women's NIT game Nov. 14 to open its basketball season.
Pairings for the 16-team field were announced Monday, with Robert Morris becoming the first Northeast Conference team to join the tournament since 2000.
The Colonials, coming off their second consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance, are 0-2 all-time against Xavier. The remainder of their 2007-08 schedule is pending, the Pittsburgh Trib reports.

Condolences to family and loved ones! Quite difficult to understand why the Officer shot and killed this individual because he failed to stop! Why didn't he shoot out the tire? According to my read he was driving between 30 and 35 MPH,at this speed there was no reason the Police officer couldn't follow him until the individual stopped at some point then made an arrest. The individual may have been under the influence and wasn't paying any attention. The Officer should be suspended and a complete investigation conducted. In my opinion, he should no longer remain on the police force.
