Friendly service at our front desk where you can order a protein smoothie or make an appointment with a trainer to start an exercise program.
33 group exercise classes
A spinning room
A separate and private exercise area for women only with a 12 machine circuit, free weights and trainers who will instruct you how to use the entire club.
Cardio equipment with intergrated TV monitors with Satellite access, all you need to bring in are your earphones.
Ladies locker area with private dressing rooms
Tanning rooms and a Massage Therapist
Co-ed workout area with many circuit machines and free weights
